  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Hands-on testing both manual and automation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with both onshore and offshore teams
  • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues that arise during the QA process
  • Demonstrated people skills to motivate, mentor, and manage a team, and collaborate with teams from different functions (Engineering, Product/Business, etc.)
  • Persistent with a “no give up” attitude towards challenges and obstacles
  • Flexible and capable of managing changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment; experience in a startup is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant QA tools and methodologies; experience in automation is a plus
